What’s My Game? I’m a former government employee turned IT government contractor who walked away from big corporate profit margins to start a company with one clear mission: advocating for you with fair, honest, and value-driven solutions!
​
With nearly two decades of experience as both a hands-on practitioner and a director, I’ve cultivated expertise in IT and cybersecurity, earning certifications in PMI PMP, ITIL 4, AWS, Shipley, APMP, UiPath, and more.
My academic journey includes an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Security Studies from East Carolina University and a graduate education in Cybersecurity Risk Management from Georgetown University.
Beyond my professional life, I’m a proud father to two young boys, a devoted husband to Stephanie, and an avid runner who recently crossed the finish line at the TCS New York City Marathon. My passion for both my family and my work fuels my commitment to helping others achieve their goals.

Who Am I? I’m a dedicated professional with over 15 years of experience leading dynamic teams and supporting small businesses in Maryland since 2011. My passion lies in fostering growth, driving collaboration, and creating impactful solutions that help organizations thrive.

My academic background in Psychology from Towson University provides me with a unique perspective on leadership and teamwork, enabling me to bring out the best in people and projects alike. Whether it’s navigating complex challenges or finding innovative ways to meet goals, I’m all about delivering results with a positive and motivated approach.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mother of two wonderful girls, happily married to my hardworking husband, MJ, and a dedicated CrossFit enthusiast who loves the weekly grind. My family and fitness keep me grounded and energized, giving me the focus to tackle whatever comes my way.
